I approached them with an urgent arabic translation request for an MOA at the end of their working day, nevertheless they took on my request, returned back 6 pages of translated text within the next 3 hours and the best part was everything was done digitally. I did not have to travel to their office at all - they sent documents by email and i paid them online. Their prices very on par with competitive market rates in the UAE. Some centres would have taken advantage of my situation by over charging me, but they did not do that. Instead the person i dealt with was very polite and courteous! Well done!!
